How Much Does a Divorce Cost?

One of the most common questions that I am asked is "How much will this divorce cost?" I unfortunately say the same thing to each client, "It depends." Divorces in can be a costly affair depending on how much the parties want to litigate. The more litigious the parties, the more money it will cost.

However, I have comprised a few costs that are associated with getting divorced that are in addition to legal fees.

- Filing a Petition for Divorce $318

- Hiring a Service Processor $52-$90

- Two Divorce Education Classes $65 ($30+$35)

- Mediation $75-$150 per hour.

The aforementioned costs are associated with each case. At Adams Legal we understand that divorce can be costly, which is why we strive to make the divorce process more affordable. We also provide flexible payment plans and options to our clients.

If you have any questions or would like discuss Adams Legal's flexible payment plans, please call us at 385-777-5533.
